Pursuant to Article 15 of the Decree on the Election of Representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations into the working bodies of the state administration bodies and conducting public consultation in preparation of laws and strategies (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 41/18), the Ministry of Public Administration announces

PUBLIC CALL

To the interested public for participation in public consultation on

DRAFT NATIONAL ACTION PLAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF OPEN GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVE IN MONTENEGRO FOR THE 2018-2020 PERIOD

The Operational Team, consisting of representatives of the Government and representatives of the NGO sector, had the operational and leading role in drafting of the National Action Plan for Implementation of the Open Government Partnership initiative in Montenegro for the 2018-2020 period (hereinafter: NAP). Expert support for the development of the NAP was also provided by UNDP representatives in Montenegro.

The public consultation is conducted in order to share relevant information with stakeholders, create a space for dialogue and cooperation for the development of the NAP and ensure joint ownership of the document through joint decision-making on the undertaking of commitments.

In connection with the above, special thematic meetings/focus groups will be held with the representatives of the interested public, with the support of the UNDP in Montenegro.

Public consultation begins on the day of publishing the Public Call on the Ministry’s website and the eGovernment Portal and lasts 20 days until October 4, 2018.

The public consultation is conducted by submitting remarks, proposals, and suggestions in the electronic form to the e-mail address ana.gojkovic@mju.gov.me
